We welcome people of all ages as long as you are able to hold the tufting gun (weighs about 1.4kg) and take some easy instructions.

However we will require tuftees under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult.

 First of all welcome to the colourful world of tufting! You don’t need any experience prior to our workshops, they are especially designed for beginners/ people who have never done it before. All you need is the enthusiasm to try something new! We will take you through the basics of tufting and give you all you need in order to create your own rug! 

No. We will add your backing and shave your rug down. It will be ready for pick up in 3-5 days. Shipping is also available. 

 Yes! It’s always fun to create together. For larger bookings, please contact us at support@kraftykorner.art 

If you don’t finish your project, you can come back during business hours to complete your project. If you live out of town, you can pay extra for shipping. If we have to finish your project for you, there will be an up charge up to $150 depending on the amount of unfinished work. The turn around for us to finish your project will be 1-4 weeks depending on upcoming events. 

 All art sales are final.  Any notice of workshop cancellation must be sent to support@kraftykorner.art minimum 48hours before the scheduled class to receive store credit. You do have 60 days to reschedule and use your credit.
